The Mistral class Annual General meeting will be held in Sopot, Poland on June 9th at 1830hrs (during the Mistral Europeans) Under the constitution, national class associations shall be given 60 days notice. This was given on January 14th 2004 by a posting on the IMCO website.

Those paid up national class associations wishing to make a submission for consideration by the meeting shall do so by May 7th 2004 by e-mailing windgenuity@bigpond.com

Notice of Proxy Votes held by delegates in attendance shall be handed to Greg Johns in writing before the start of the meeting.
