The men and women are only counting Semaine Olympique Francaise to this issue of the rankings
With just one event to count, Maxim OBEREMKO (UKR) continues his assault at the front of the pack, holding the number one spot for the fourth consecutive rankings release. OBEREMKO's fifth place at Semaine Olympique Francaise in Hyeres, France was enough to hold his points margin over Julien BONTEMPS (FRA), especially with BONTEMPS not racing at Hyeres.
Hyeres was won by Ivan PASTOR LAFUENTE (ESP), who just claimed first place one point ahead of Piotr MYSZKA (POL), and as a result LAFUENTE shifts two places up the World Rankings to sit at number five, marking the highest position he has yet achieved on the World Rankings.
WOMEN
Tthe women also are only counting Semaine Olympique Francaise which was won by Antonia FREY (GRE) to provide her with her first career move into the world's top 10 tussle.
Whilst Olga MASLIVETS dominated the bullets in Hyeres, claiming wins in the first five races, she was unable to hold her consistency in the final three races placing double figures, to see her finish third overall. Despite this, Olga will be delighted with her performance, which sees her claim the number two position in the world, up one place from number three, knocking Alessandra SENSINI (ITA) down.
