Yesterday's robust meltemi was replaced by a weaker cousin for today's races More shifts, more lulls, more opportunities, more frustration: it was a tricky day. Apparently the anticipation of the first race had the troops aroused to a fever pitch which lead to a combined 15 OCSs in the first race for the 470s. Unfortunately two of them were USA. The Aussies joined us in double indignity. Tomorrow looks like it will be a much lighter affair with the last of the meltemi surrendering to the seabreeze over the course of the day. -- From Skip White
