Voting Rights & Class Fees
to be paid annually by all National IMCOs

IT HAS BEEN AGREED THAT the class fees be tied to the number of voting rights that each nation IMCO can exercise as follows: | ||||||||||||||||||||||

CATEGORY 1 | ||||||||||||||||||||||
|
All National IMCOs with less than 30 members may exercise ONE vote at formal meetings of IMCO delegates and shall pay £125.00 per annum as class fees. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
|
CATEGORY 2. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
|
All National IMCOs with between 31 and 200 members may exercise TWO votes at formal meetings of IMCO delegates and shall pay £215.00 per annum as class fees. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
|
CATEGORY 3. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
|
All National IMCOs with more than 200 members may exercise THREE votes at formal meetings of IMCO delegates and shall pay £350.00 per annum as class fees. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

1. Justification of existing 'Category' status. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
|
"In order that current 'Category' status can be justified, all national IMCOs shall send IMCO International their up-to-date list of members' names/contact details together with their most recent national series ranking list. If necessary further written justification may also be submitted. The required number of Membership cards will then be issued to each National IMCO for distribution." | ||||||||||||||||||||||

2. Change of 'Category' status. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
|
National IMCOs wishing to change their 'Category' should apply in writing to IMCO International by October 1st in the year before to the change takes effect and submit a complete schedule of their members names and contact details together with their latest national series ranking list. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
|
